Before You Book

Important booking notes.

These simple guidelines help keep the event smooth for every family.

Deposit, booking and balance payment
  • Booking confirmation requires deposit payment.
  • Balance should be settled before the event according to Dheary Event Spaceโ€™s payment timeline.
  • Date changes are subject to availability.
Event timing and extension
  • Each session must strictly end at the stated time.
  • Additional event hours are RM300/hour and subject to availability.
  • Please inform the team early if you need extra time.
External vendors
  • External vendors are allowed with an RM50/vendor fee.
  • Vendors must be declared before event day.
  • Vendors must bring their own equipment and clean up after use.
Venue policy
  • Halal food only.
  • No alcohol, smoking, drugs, indecent behaviour, or confetti.
  • Client items must be taken back after the event.
