Before You Book

Important booking notes.

These simple guidelines help keep the event smooth for every family.

Deposit and payment
  • Booking confirmation requires 10% deposit plus RM250 security deposit.
  • Balance must be settled 14 days before the event.
  • We accept FPX online banking, credit and debit cards, e-wallets, and buy-now-pay-later β€” all available at checkout on this website.
  • Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Security deposit is refundable if there is no damage or violation.
Hall-only rental availability
  • Package A (hall rental only) is available Monday to Thursday only.
  • For Friday, Saturday and Sunday, please choose Package B, C, or D.
  • Friday is treated as a weekend rate for Package B, C, and D.
Event timing and extension
  • Each session must strictly end at the stated time.
  • Additional event hours are RM300/hour and subject to availability.
  • Please inform the team at least 1 hour earlier if you need extra time.
Setup, cleaning and layout
  • 1 hour free setup time is included.
  • Extra setup with fans is RM50/hour.
  • Extra setup with air-conditioning is RM100/hour.
  • Cleaning fee is already included in all package prices β€” no separate cleaning charge.
  • Layout changes by Dheary team are RM200.
Kambing Golek add-on
  • Kambing Golek is an optional add-on at RM2,050.
  • It is not included in the base package price.
  • The add-on includes setup, sauces, complimentary sides, plates and cutlery.
  • Slaughtering video is included for the aqiqah ceremony.
External vendors
  • External vendors are allowed with an RM50/vendor fee.
  • Vendors must be declared before event day.
  • Vendors must bring their own tables and utensils.
  • Vendors must clean up after use.
Venue policy
  • Halal food only.
  • No alcohol, smoking, drugs, indecent behaviour, or confetti.
  • Client items must be taken back after the event.
  • Dheary may capture photos and videos for social media. Please inform the team if you wish to opt out.
