Terms & conditions
Clear guidelines help us keep every event smooth, safe and well managed.
- Extra setup time with 2 ceiling fans: RM50/hour
- Extra setup time with 3 air-conditioners: RM100/hour
- Cleaning fee: RM250 for Package A & B only
- 1 hour free setup time included with all packages
- 10% deposit + RM250 security deposit required to confirm booking
- Full balance must be paid 14 days before the event
- Deposit is non-refundable
- Date changes allowed with 1-month notice, subject to availability
- RM250 security deposit refunded if no damage or violation
- RM300/hour if event exceeds by 20 minutes
- Please inform us at least 1 hour before if you plan to extend
- Extension is subject to availability
- Layout changes assisted by Dheary team: RM200 fee
- DIY rearrangement must be fully restored to original setup
- Halal food only
- No alcohol, no smoking and no drugs
- No indecent behavior
- No confetti or similar materials
- RM50/vendor for outside vendors
- Must inform Dheary Space before event day
- Vendors must bring their own tables and utensils
- Fee deducted from deposit if not declared upfront
- All changes must be made at least 7 days before event
- Extra charges may apply if printing or food has already been ordered
- Allowed for guest overflow
- Client handles all setup, utensils and cleanup
- Trash must be cleared to avoid deposit deduction
- All items brought by client must be taken back after event
- One Dheary staff will be on standby during your event
- One helper is included to assist with food, drinks and cleanup
- We may take photos/videos for social media. Please inform us if you wish to opt out.
